Winter Storage |

● Wisconsin State Fair Park is not responsible for any damaged or stolen property
● RV winter storage is available September through April at $50 per month
● Storage site rentals start on the 1st of every month and conclude on the last day of the month.
● If payment is not made on or by the start of the 1st of every month you will be charged
● $7.50 per day until you make your monthly payment
● RV’s must be out by May 1st
● Any days after this date and up to June 1st will be charged $7.50 per day
● Any days after June 1st will be charged $22 per day and will depend on availability
● There will be no refunds should you decide to vacate early
● Electrical, sewer and water are not included
● No access to the laundry loom, showers, and restrooms
● It is requested that you call the office and inform them if you need to access your RV for
repairs, cleaning, or are taking it out for a weekend
● A certificate of insurance is due at the signing of the contract |
