Wisconsin State Fair Park is not responsible for any damage or stolen property.

RV winter storage is available September – April at $50.00 per month.

Storage site rentals start on the 1st of every month and end on the last day of the month.

If payment is not made on or by the 1st of every month you will be charged $7.50 per day until you make your monthly payment.

RV’s must be out by May 1st

Any days after this date and up to June 1st will be charged $7.50 per day.

Any days after June 1st will be charged $22.00 per day and will depend on availability.

There will be no refunds given if you decide to leave early.

Electrical, sewer, and water are not included.

No access to the laundry room, showers, and restrooms.

It is requested that you call the office and inform them if you need to access your RV for repairs, cleaning, or are taking it out for a weekend.

A certificate of insurance is due at signing of contract.
