Welcome to the Exhibitor Services Department of the Wisconsin State
Fair that contracts exhibitors for the State Fair, coordinates vendor
placement and designs the layout of the Fair. Currently, there are over
600 food and beverage vendors and exhibitors. We appreciate your interest
in participating in the Wisconsin State Fair.
General Information
All Vendors conducting business at
the Wisconsin State Fair must have a valid Vendor License Agreement.
Vendors are limited to sell only the
products or services listed on this agreement.
Wisconsin State Fair gates open daily at 8 a.m. Buildings are open
daily from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m., except for the last day of the Fair
when buildings close at 9 p.m.
Outside Vendors must be open daily from 9 a.m. and close no earlier
than 10:30 p.m. Outside vendors may remain open until 11:30 p.m. Monday
through Thursday and 12:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Last day of the
Fair, all Vendors must be closed by 9:30 p.m.
Vendors are required to be staffed and operating during every day of
the Fair during the public open hours.
Wisconsin State Fair is an “All Pay Gate” for admission
and parking. Reduced Rate Exhibitor Admission Tickets will be available,
additional information will be included with Vendor License Agreement
packets. See Fair application for admission and parking ticket prices.
All vendors are subject to paying State of Wisconsin retail sales tax.
Information on current rates and procedures will be included in your
contract package.
Application Process
All applications and electrical forms must be filled out completely,
and returned
to the Exhibitor Services Department.

- Your application does not imply a contractual agreement; it is merely
your request to be considered for space.
- DO NOT send a deposit with your application, it does not guarantee
a space will be offered.
- A color photo or detailed drawing must be submitted with your application.
- Applications will be filed by date received, product and / or service.
