Corn-on-the-cob basted in butter and lightly salted, a savory steak sandwich, a pork chop on a stick, an oozing grilled Wisconsin cheese sandwich fresh off the grill, deliciously sweet maple cotton candy, ginormous fried cheese curds, a tasty buffalo burrito, and, of course, the light, airy, creamy deliciousness of the Fair’s Cream Puffs created to perfection by the Wisconsin Baker’s Association...all of these delectable selections and hundreds more are served up over the best 11-days of summer at the Wisconsin State Fair. Fairgoers stroll the streets of the Fair Park nibbling and gnoshing their way through the 200 acres revealing in the sinfully delicious fare that can only be found at the Fair! A visit to “The Grand Champion of Summer” is no place to count calories or to attempt to adhere to a diet, there’s simply too much temptation for even those with the most exacting will power. It only happens once a year, so indulge yourself!
The Wisconsin Products Pavilion showcases the products and items made and produced in our great State, offering Fairgoers the opportunity to support agriculture, Wisconsin’s largest industry. Associations representing the dairy, beef, pork, bison, duck, ostritch, lamb, cranberry, cherry, maple, and potato industries offer creative and tasty culinary delights to eat on the spot or take home to your own kitchen. Vendors throughout the Park feature cuisine from around the globe from Americana favorites and standards including burgers and corn dogs to BBQ and rotisserie chicken to Asian, Italian, Cuban, German, Mexican and other global offerings. Cold refreshing beverages ranging from an icy cold Coke, fresh squeezed shaken lemonade, and fresh fruit smoothies to perfectly topped off domestic, import or micro brews, a broad selection of Wisconsin wine, Bacardi rum runners and frosty margaritas, there’s always something to sip while dining on your dish or all by itself.
Wisconsin State Fair — “The Grand Champion of Summer” wins the purple ribbon for a grand champion selection of food and beverages that is certain to satisfy any palate.
CRAZY GRAZIN’ DAY
Come hungry and ready to graze on Tuesday, August 5! Numerous food vendors will offer delicious menu items in smaller portions and at reduced prices so you can go “Crazy Grazin’” through the Fair. Look for vendors with “Crazy Grazin’” posters in the window of their locations. 8am until 10pm.

The Wisconsin Bakers Association produces hundreds of thousands of light, airy, and sinfully delicious Cream Puffs each year for the Wisconsin State Fair. Corporate delivery is provided by Bell Ambulance for orders of ten (10) dozen or more. For orders on or before July 20, please call the Wisconsin Bakers Association at 414.727.7886. To place your order after July 21, please call 414.266.7111.
Pre-Ordering Your Cream Puffs and Drive Thru Info:
- You can pre-order your Cream Puffs beginning Monday, July 21, and the final day to order is Saturday, August 9 at 9pm. Call 414.266.7111.
- Pick-up is available during the 11-days of the Wisconsin State Fair, July 31 – August 10 between 6am and 8am only.
- The Cream Puff Drive-Thru can be accessed via Gate 4 off of South 84th Street on the
west side of the Fair Park.
