The Exhibitor & Vendor Services Department designs the programming and layout strategy for the Fair and coordinates individual vendor placement. Although the Fair prides itself in having a high rate of Vendor retention, we are continually searching for professional Vendors that present new and unique commercial products or services as well as concessionaires that offer a diverse food selection for our Fair goers. To be considered for the Wisconsin State Fair, please follow the application process as outlined in the Applications & Forms linked below. General Information All Vendors conducting business at the Wisconsin State Fair must have a valid Vendor License Agreement. Vendors are limited to sell only the products or services listed on their agreement. Food & Beverage Vendors are subject to pay the standard percentage rates based on their assigned food & beverage category on all sales less the state of Wisconsin retail sales tax. Wisconsin State Fair gates open daily at 8am. Buildings are open to the public daily from 9am until 10pm, except on the last day of the Fair when all buildings close at 9pm. Outside exhibitors / concessionaires must open to the public by 9 am daily. Outside exhibitors/concessionaires have the option to close 1 hour before the park officially closes, 10:00 pm Sunday thru Thursday and 11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays. On the Final Day of the Fair, all outside exhibitors / concessionaires must be completely closed by 9:45pm. Vendor locations are required to be staffed and open for business every day of the Fair during public hours of operation. Wisconsin State Fair has an “All Pay Gate” policy for admission and parking. Reduced rate Exhibitor Admission Tickets are available to all contracted Vendors, additional information on ordering Vendor tickets will be included with the Vendor License Agreement. See Fair Application for admission and parking ticket prices. All vendors are subject to pay State of Wisconsin retail sales tax. Information on current rates and procedures will be included in your contract package. Exhibitor Online Box Office Vendors can now order Admission Tickets, Midway Wrist Bands, Cream Puff 6 - Packs, and Delivery Permits online by using this special link and password. Please contact the Exhibitor Services Department, at 414-266-7040, if you have forgotten your password. We will be sending more specific directions with the contract package.
