Yuengling Beer House
Built on the site of the former Benno’s Leinie Lodge and rebuilt from the ground up under the same family ownership, the Yuengling Beer House brings cold Yuengling draft, craft cocktails, frozen drinks, and a food menu built around beer as an ingredient to the 2026 Wisconsin State Fair.
The cocktail list leans on Wisconsin distillers, with signatures like the Blackberry Vanilla Mule (Tenhead Gin, blackberry, ginger beer), Spicy Blood Orange Margarita, and Vanilla Buzzed Latte made with locally roasted Buzzbeans. The frozen patio bar is led by the Cold Fashioned — Eagle Park bourbon, Bittercube bitters, Luxardo cherry — alongside a Sangria Slush, Strawberry Daiquiri, and flavored Margaritas.
The food menu is anchored by Wisconsin meat purveyors Klement’s and Kettle Range Meat Co., with standouts including the Black & Tan Burger with beer cheese and crispy onion straws, the Brewmaster Brat with Yuengling and caramelized onions, and a Yuengling BBQ Chicken Sandwich. The centerpiece Bottoms Up draft system pours Traditional Lager, Flight, and Oktoberfest on tap.
