 The Wisconsin State Fair RV Park is the
ONLY RV Park in Metro Milwaukee!
Location: 601 South 76th Street
Milwaukee, WI 53214
Open year-round and conveniently located at Wisconsin State Fair Park, the RV Park is adjacent to Interstate 94. Is located just minutes to numerous attractions including downtown Milwaukee’s public and art museums, summer festivals, casual and fine dining, Bradley Center, U.S. Cellular Arena,
and Potawatomi Bingo Casino. The RV Park is also
conveniently located near Miller Park – home
to the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, the
world famous Milwaukee County Zoo,
and Mayfair shopping mall.

| Rates, Refunds & Reservations |
● Reservations are recommended at all times
● Reservations are required during auto-racing weekends, Wisconsin State Fair,
and other special events
To make a reservations, call 414-266-7035. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards accepted
Refund Policy
$10 service fee with more than one week notice.
One night’s camping Service fee with less than one week notice.
Entire deposit will be lost if cancellation is make with less than one week notice.

CAR RACE WEEKENDS & SPECIAL EVENTS
One night’s camping service fee with more than two week notice.
Entire deposit will be lost if cancellation is made with less than two week notice.
Special events are classified as: State Fair, Car Race Weekends.
During Wisconsin State Fair, camping rates do NOT include admission to the Fair.
Non Special Event Rates
$33.00 per night (electric only)
$38.50 per night (full service)
Wisconsin State Fair, Car Race Weekends, & Special Event Weekends Rates
$46.00 per night (electric only)
$56.00 per night (full service)
Monthly Rates
$650 per month September through April
$800 per month May through August |

| Winter Storage |
● Wisconsin State Fair Park is not responsible for any damaged or stolen property.
● RV winter storage is available September through April at $50 per month.
● Storage site rentals start on the 1st of every month and conclude on the last day of the month.
● If payment is not made on or by the start of the 1st of every month you will be charged .
● $7.50 per day until you make your monthly payment.
● RV’s must be out by May 1st.
● Any days after this date and up to June 1st will be charged $7.50 per day.
● Any days after June 1st will be charged $22 per day and will depend on availability.
● There will be no refunds should you decide to vacate early.
● Electrical, sewer and water are not included.
● No access to the laundry loom, showers, and restrooms.
● It is requested that you call the office and inform them if you need to access your RV for
repairs, cleaning, or are taking it out for a weekend.
● A certificate of insurance is due at the signing of the contract. |
